What changes the cost, and what does not
Your plan sets how many field employees you can have and which tools are turned on. See everything included in the plans for the tool list.
Three things are billed outside your plan. Stripe charges card and bank processing fees. Twilio or Telnyx charge for text messages. Extra AI credits and extra online storage can be bought as packs if you run out.
- Every AI picture change, such as AI Erase or Season and light, uses one AI credit. Placing plants, painting ground and drawing beds do not.
- Free daily credits are used first, then your plan’s monthly credits, then any you bought. Bought credits never expire.
- Creating new landscape plans is limited by plan.
How the free trial works
Each business gets one free trial. You confirm your email, and your phone by a text code when texting is set up, then add a card on Stripe’s secure checkout. You are not charged during the trial, and you get reminder emails before it ends. You can cancel from Plan and billing.
During the trial most features of the trial plan are fully on. Only AI credits and new landscape plans are smaller than on a paid plan, to keep AI costs in check. The pricing table above shows the trial length and the current allowances.
If a payment fails
VisionScaper steps an account down gradually instead of cutting it off. You get a notice, then a reminder, with full access. Next, tools that cost money to run (new AI, new landscape plans, purchases, large uploads) pause. After that the account becomes view, export and pay only, and then it is suspended. Nothing is deleted, and paying restores everything. Exports of your records work on any plan.

Yes. From Plan and billing you can download customers, properties, quotes, invoices, the schedule and the activity log as CSV, and request a full copy of the account as a ZIP.
