Why VisionScaper exists
Landscape companies lose hours moving the same customer between a design tool, a quoting spreadsheet, a calendar, a payments app and a pile of paper. VisionScaper keeps one record from the first photo to the final payment.
The Designer came first, to help homeowners and contractors picture a finished yard. The Contractor Hub grew from the questions that came next: how do I price this, who is going, did we get paid? See everything it does.
What it is today
VisionScaper is a WordPress plugin. It puts two tools on a landscape business’s website: a yard design studio for visitors and a Contractor Hub for the owner, managers and crew.
The Hub covers customers and properties, quotes with e-signature, scheduling, job costing, invoices and payments, and texting and email, with a phone app for the crew. Which tools you can use depends on your plan; see the pricing page.

Nothing is silently deleted
Voiding an invoice keeps it in the activity log with the reason you gave.

How we use AI
AI is a helper you control. In the Designer, Ask AI shows you a plan first and tells you the cost before it changes your picture, and you can accept, try again or undo. AI pictures are labelled “Concept picture – not a build-ready plan”.
The AI receptionist is optional for contractors and is set up with the contractor’s own provider keys.
