Supplier bill form
Enter a supplier bill, approve it and record payments against it.
On this page
Contractor Hub → Money → Supplier bills (address #/money/bills). Needs a plan with vendor bills.
Enter what a supplier billed you, approve it, then record each payment. Approved bills count as job costs; a bill tied to a purchase order replaces the order’s received value. VisionScaper records payments you already made; it does not send money to your supplier.
Before you start
- Someone different from the person who entered a bill may be required to approve it (your setting).
