VisionScaper is a WordPress plugin. It puts two tools on your website: a yard design studio for visitors, and a business tool for you and your crew.

A visitor starts from a photo of their own yard. They can take a photo with the camera, upload one, find their house from above (bird’s-eye view), or open a ready-made sample yard. Then they:

• Place real plants and garden features at true size.
• Paint mulch, stone, lawn and pavers onto the ground.
• Draw garden beds and patios.
• Erase things they do not want.
• Switch seasons and slide a “See it grow” bar to watch plants mature.
• Save the design, share it, print it, or send it to you.

Designs save automatically on the visitor’s own device. If they create a free account, designs also save online so they can open them on any phone or computer. Signed-in visitors can use the AI features, such as VisionScaper AI, Plant ID and the AI tools.

The Hub is for landscape contractors. According to the settings page it holds customers and properties, the 2D site plan, automatic takeoff and estimates, two quotes (a job-cost quote and a customer proposal), e-signature, email and text follow-ups, scheduling, job costing and invoices. The menu also lists marketing, field work, training, an AI Receptionist and more. Which tools you can use depends on your plan.

Note: The website owner and the contractor are often the same person. The owner is always treated as approved.
