Marketing campaign, audience and automation forms

Every box in the campaign editor (channel, audience, message blocks, design, schedule, A/B test) and in the automation steps and wording editor.

Contractor Hub → Marketing → Campaigns (new campaign) and Automations. Campaign sending needs your messaging set up (email and, for texts, Twilio: get-twilio-details) and a plan that includes marketing.

A campaign sends one message to customers who match your audience filters. A live count shows who will get it and why others are left out. Your frequency limit, sending hours and opt-outs still apply. Automations run steps for a trigger such as a new lead.

Before you start

  • Start from a template when making a new campaign: Seasonal service (asks “which service?”), Seasonal newsletter, Last few openings, Win-back offer, Referral program, Maintenance plan, Thank-you / holiday note, or Start from scratch.
