Plans page: the limit rows (credits, storage, customers, employees and more)

Every numeric limit row in the plan table, what it counts, and how to set unlimited.

Where: Settings → VisionScaper Plans → Plans table, rows that hold a number. Each row has one text box per plan column (named ds[plans][KEY][f][LIMIT_KEY]). Administrators only.

How a limit works

  • Type a whole number to set the amount that plan gets.
  • Type unlimited (or leave the box empty) to mean no limit. This is stored as -1.
  • Type 0 to give the plan none of it.
  • Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
  • Every row prints its help text under the label, followed by “Use “unlimited” for no limit.”

Fields

All values below are shipped defaults and are placeholders, not approved; set your own. The same limits also appear in the Entitlements plan matrix ([entitlements-plan-matrix-limits]); both screens edit the same stored value.

Steps

  1. Find the row in the table; read the grey help line.
  2. In each plan column type a number, unlimited, or 0.
  3. Press Save plans at the end of the table. Each changed value is written to the audit log with before and after.
  4. Check it: reload the page; the box shows your value (or “unlimited”).

Tips

  • Two rows have an extra warning in their help: AI Receptionist minutes per month and API requests per hour say “Placeholder value – set your own.”
  • The free trial replaces AI credits per month and Landscape plans per month with the smaller trial allowances ([plans-billing-switch-and-free-trial]).
  • New VisionScaper requests per month: when a contractor reaches it they are hidden from new homeowners until next month.

If something goes wrong

  • A negative number other than -1 becomes -1 (unlimited). Use 0 for none.
  • Letters other than “unlimited” are read as 0.
