Entitlements page: Plan matrix number boxes (limits and monthly allowances)
Each numeric row of the Plan matrix, how to type a value or unlimited, and how to save with a reason.
Where: Settings → VisionScaper Entitlements → Plan matrix. Administrators only. Each number row has one text box per plan (named ent[m][PLAN][ID]), with the unit printed beside it.
The rows (14 rows x 4 plans = 56 boxes)
Every plan column gets the same kind of box, so the pattern is set once here. Shipped values are placeholders, not approved; set your own (see [plans-table-limits] for the shipped numbers per plan).

How to type a value
- A whole number sets the amount (for example 200 credits).
- Type
unlimitedor leave the box empty for no limit (stored as -1). - 0 means the plan has none of it.
Reason (required)
Below the table is Reason for this change (required, kept in the audit log) (ent[reason]). The field is marked required and the server also refuses a changed cell without a reason.
Steps
- Change the boxes you want in any plan column.
- Type a reason, for example “Raised Business credits after cost review”.
- Press Save plan matrix.
- Look for “Saved and written to the audit log.” The audit log at the bottom shows a “plan_value” line for each changed cell, with before and after.
Tips
- Only boxes whose value differs are saved. If nothing changed you see “Nothing changed.”
- If one cell is refused, saving stops at that cell; cells before it were already saved.
- The result is the same as editing on VisionScaper Plans; the Plans page save also writes audit lines (“Plans page”).
If something goes wrong
- “Give a reason for the change.” Add text in the Reason box.
- “That entitlement can’t be switched here (it is built in, or not built yet).” The row is base or planned.
