Door-to-door house form and Measure property forms
The house visit form on the Door-to-door map, and the Measure property steps (address, area name and kind, roof pitch, notes, new contact).

Contractor Hub → Door-to-door (map of houses) and Contractor Hub → Measure (Measure property). Phone roles need the canvass and measure permissions in the permission grid.
Door-to-door records what happened at each house so nobody gets knocked twice and “do not come back” houses are protected. Measure property draws areas on an aerial map and gives square feet that can be attached to a customer and used in a quote.

Steps
- In Door-to-door, tap a house or drop a new one. Pick What happened?.
- Add Also ticks, contact details if they gave them, a Follow up on date and Notes, then Save this visit.
- In Measure, enter the address, press Show the property, tap corners and Finish, choose What is it?, Name, roof pitch if needed.
- Press Save & finish, add Notes for the report, then save to a customer or print.
If something goes wrong
- “Do not knock” banners mean the house was marked Do not come back or No soliciting.
- “That shape is too small – try again.” The area was under 4 sq ft.
- Measured from above: slopes are a little larger on the ground, and trees can hide edges.
