Service template form

Every section of the New service template / Edit template pop-up: pricing, labor, materials, scheduling, customer messages, crew instructions and automations.

Contractor Hub → Services → new template or open one. Needs the right to create and edit company templates; cost boxes need the right to see costs.

A template saves how you do and price a service so quotes, visits and invoices can reuse it. Only the name is needed; every section below is optional. Saving an existing template creates a new version; quotes, proposals, invoices and jobs already made keep the version they used.

Before you start

  • Cost, markup and supplier boxes only show if you can see costs.
