Training course builder: step kinds, captions, files, move and remove controls
The builder controls the main training form article leaves out: step kinds, section and step movers, text toolbar, captions, uploads, language, question kinds.

Where to find it: Contractor Hub → Team & Training → Training → Courses → open a course (or New course). This article adds controls not covered by the training course and assignment forms article. Fields such as Title, Pass mark and Days to finish are described there.
A course is a draft until you publish it. Publishing makes a numbered version. People who started a version keep it.
Fields

Language (language) |

Steps
- Open or create a course and fill About this course.
- Choose a step kind and press + Add a step.
- Format text with the toolbar and upload any file.
- Add captions to videos.
- Press Save draft, then Preview as an employee, then Publish.
If something goes wrong
- “Give the course a title first.” Fill the title.
- Captions say “No captions file yet.” Upload a .vtt file.
