Anyone can design without an account. Their work is saved on their own device. An account saves designs online so they appear on any device, and unlocks the AI features.

A customer account is a normal WordPress user with the Subscriber role. Customers never see the WordPress admin area; if they open it they are sent back to the app. You can see them under Users in WordPress.

1. Tap Sign in or Sign in — it’s free, then choose to create an account (Create my free account).
2. Enter your full name, email and a password of at least 8 characters.
3. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service.
4. Add the extra details the form asks for (name, phone, address) when prompted.
5. Submit. You are signed in straight away.

Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook instead if your site offers them. Those buttons only appear once the site owner has set them up.

1. Tap Sign in, enter your email and password.
2. If you forgot it, type your email first, then tap Forgot password?. The reply is always “If that email has an account, a reset link is on its way.” whether or not the address exists.

1. Open My Account → My details to change name, phone and address.
2. To delete everything, use Delete account under My Account. Your designs and files are wiped and you are signed out. Staff accounts cannot be deleted this way.

In Settings → VisionScaper, under Customer accounts:
1. Set Online storage per customer (MB).
2. For Sign in with Google, create credentials in Google Cloud and add the redirect address shown on the page, then paste Google Client ID and Google Client secret. Follow Google’s current instructions.
3. For Sign in with Facebook, create an app in Meta for Developers, add the redirect address shown, then paste Facebook App ID and Facebook App secret. Add your privacy policy and data-deletion instruction links. Follow Meta’s current instructions.
4. Under Basics, tick Email me when someone creates an account if you want a notice.

• Contractors apply from My Account (Create my contractor account or Become a VisionScaper contractor). They are approved in Settings → VisionScaper Contractors.
• Every sign-up records the Terms version the person accepted.

• “That email already has an account. Sign in instead (or use “Forgot password”).” The email is taken.
• “That email and password don’t match. Try again or reset your password.”
• “Too many attempts. Please wait a few minutes.” You hit a limit above.
• “Sign-in didn’t finish.” Try the Google or Facebook button again. Check the redirect address matches exactly.
