These sit on Settings → VisionScaper, in the Contractors (CRM) section and below.

• Turn on the Contractor Hub, Find a Local Contractor and My Projects. Ticked by default.
• Approve contractor applications automatically (not recommended). Off by default. See [contractor-approval].

1. Create a Twilio account and buy a local number with SMS (follow Twilio’s current instructions).
2. US texting requires A2P 10DLC registration. The settings page says texts are blocked by carriers until it is approved.
3. Optional: create a Messaging Service and note its SID.
4. On the number (or Messaging Service), set the incoming message webhook to the HTTP POST address shown on your settings page (it ends /wp-json/dreamscaper/v1/crm/twilio).
5. Paste into VisionScaper: Twilio Account SID (starts with AC), Twilio Auth Token, Twilio phone number (like +18605550100, not needed with a Messaging Service), and Messaging Service SID (optional) (starts with MG).

Customer replies are logged and emailed to the contractor. Texts from unknown numbers become leads. STOP is honored.

Contractors connect their own Stripe account from the Hub. See [settings-get-paid-online]. On your side:

1. Use the Stripe keys from [selling-credits-and-storage].
2. In Stripe, turn on Connect (Express accounts).
3. Add the events the readme lists: checkout.session.completed, checkout.session.async_payment_succeeded, checkout.session.async_payment_failed and account.updated.
4. Set the processing rates (all placeholders, not approved): Card payments – % per payment, Card payments – fixed $ per payment, Bank (ACH) payments – % per payment, Instant Payouts – % of the payout.
5. Tick Let customers pay by bank account (ACH) and/or Offer contractors Instant Payouts. Before Instant Payouts, enable it and Account Debits (US) in Stripe’s Connect settings and test first.

• Expo access token (optional): only if “enhanced push security” is on in your Expo project.
• Automatic payments (autopay): lets customers save a card or bank account and invoices marked autopay charge it on the due date. Off until you switch it on. Stripe fees apply.

• Use Stripe test mode before going live.
• A text from a customer does not need setup on their side.

• Texts do not send. A2P approval or the Twilio fields are incomplete.
• Replies do not appear. Check the webhook address.
• Payments fail to confirm. Check the four Connect events are added.
