Tap a placed plant or feature with the Move tool (key V) and its controls open in the side panel.

• Drag the item to move it.
• Drag the corner handle to resize it.
• Drag the round handle above the item to turn it. It clicks into place when straight or square. Hold Shift for free turning.

Header. Name, scientific name and the size today (for example “In 5 years” or “Today”), plus size when fully grown.

Size when planted (plants only). A slider with nursery labels. See Plant age and the Time machine.

Move. A nudge pad with arrows (farther, closer, left, right) and a distance box (6″, 1 ft or 3 ft). X and Y boxes give exact positions. On an aerial view the arrows move the item on the map.

Size. Smaller, Bigger and Usual size. Plants also get a Height box in feet, which sets how tall the plant is at the year on the See it grow slider. Features get Exact size as a percentage and Real size.

Turn & flip. Turn left 90°, Turn right 90°, A little left, A little right, Flip left ↔ right, Flip up ↕ down, Stand it straight, an Angle slider and a Set angle box.

Duplicate. Copy, facing the other way puts a mirrored copy beside it. Or set How many and Spacing and choose In a row or Natural cluster, then tap Plant the group. Spacing starts at the plant’s mature spread.

Arrange (in front / behind). Bring to front, Bring forward, Send backward, Send to back.

Blend into the photo. Auto blend matches brightness, contrast, color, warmth and shadow to the photo around it. Reset undoes it. Open Light & color (Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, Warmth) and Shadow (Ground shadow on/off, Opacity, Length, Softness, and direction: Sun (scene), From left, From right).

Layer. A Name box, an Opacity slider, Lock and Hide.

Actions. ♡ Save to board (Inspiration Board), Remove, and ← Done.

1. Select a plant.
2. Under Duplicate, set How many (2 to 25) and Spacing in feet.
3. Choose In a row or Natural cluster.
4. Tap Plant the group. A message says how many were planted, or “No room for more here — try a smaller spacing.”

• Arrow keys nudge a selected item. See Keyboard shortcuts.
• Locked or hidden items can be unlocked or shown again in Layers (top bar).
• A plant’s maximum size is its mature size. You will see “This plant usually tops out at [n] ft, so that is as big as it can get.”

• Cannot select an item: it may be locked. Open Layers and unlock it.
• Cannot make it smaller: “It can’t be smaller than a seedling that year.” Move the Time slider back or choose a smaller nursery size.
