You can subscribe once so your whole VisionScaper schedule, and any change you make, shows in your own calendar app.

This feature may depend on your plan. If it is locked, the screen shows a note instead of the button (which plan is not verified in code).

1. Open Calendar in the Hub.
2. Tap the button 🔄 From calendar (the full name is Update from calendar). It sits at the top of the Month view.
3. A window opens. Choose one:
   – 🍎 Apple Calendar / Outlook opens a webcal link.
   – Google Calendar opens Google’s page to add the calendar.
   – Or copy the private link with Copy link, then paste it in your app’s “Subscribe” or “From URL” option.
4. Confirm in your calendar app.

You can also reach the same window from Settings → Reminders, under “Your schedule in your own calendar”.

Homeowners get My Calendar with every appointment from any contractor, plus an Add to my calendar menu on each one: Google Calendar or Apple / Outlook (.ics file).

• Your calendar app decides how often it refreshes. VisionScaper cannot force an instant update.
• The feed is read-only. Change visits in VisionScaper.

• You shared the link by mistake. Anyone with the link can see your appointment times. Tap Make a new private link, confirm, then subscribe again. The old link stops working.
• Nothing shows up. Make sure the subscription used the new link, and wait for your calendar app to refresh.
