Add each machine and vehicle. VisionScaper fills in its usual maintenance, then tells you when something is due.

Hub left menu, group Schedule & Field, then Equipment. It can be switched off with the “Show me” tool settings.

1. Tap Add equipment.
2. Pick the Type. The usual tasks are filled in (oil, blades, grease, filters, belts, tires, registration and so on).
3. Type a Name, such as “Mower #2”.
4. Add Make, Model, Year, Serial / VIN, Plate and Bought if you want.
5. Choose the Meter: Engine hours, Miles, or No meter (by date only). Enter the Current reading.
6. Under Maintenance, adjust each task. A task is due “Every” N hours or miles and/or N days, whichever comes first. Set “last done” so the first reminder is right. + Add a task adds your own.
7. Add your own fields, for example “Fleet #” or “Warranty ends”.
8. Tap Add equipment.

• Type a New reading and tap Update to record hours or miles. A reading lower than the last one asks you to confirm.
• Tap ✅ Done on a task, or Log a service (several tasks), then set date, meter, cost, who did it and a note. The next due point is scheduled.
• The filter chips are All, Due now and Due soon. A card shows 🔴 Due, 🟡 Soon or 🟢 OK.
• All maintenance & history shows the last 20 services.

Open ⏰ Reminder settings.
– Remind me about maintenance (one message a day at most, in working hours).
– Send by: Email, Text, or Both. Text is off unless messaging is set up.
– Warn me when this close (%), for example 10% shows “soon” at 90 hours of a 100-hour interval.
– Ask for new readings after (days), checked on Mondays. 0 means never ask.

• Deleting a machine gives an undo.
• Put the cost of a service in the Done box so you have a record.

• The Add button is blocked. Choose a Type first.
• Reading rejected. Confirm if the lower number is right.
