Draft replies to reviews with AI

Paste a review, let the AI draft a reply in your voice, edit and approve it, then paste it on the review site yourself.

Grow → Review replies helps you answer reviews. VisionScaper never posts a reply for you. It has no connection to Google, Facebook or Yelp for that. You approve the words, copy them, and paste them on the review site.

Steps

  1. Open Review replies.
  2. Click Add a review. Fill in:
    – Where was it left?: Google, Facebook, Yelp or Other site.
    – Stars: 1 to 5.
    – Reviewer’s first name: only the first name is used. Emails, phone numbers and links are removed before the AI sees the review.
    – The review: paste the text (up to 2000 characters).
  3. Click Add review.
  4. Click Write a reply. The AI drafts one.
  5. Edit the text in Your reply. Click Write another version for a new draft, or Save my edits.
  6. Click Approve these words.
  7. Click Copy reply.
  8. Click Open (site) to paste it and paste the reply on the review site.

Statuses: No reply yet, Draft – needs your approval, Approved – ready to copy, Copied – paste it on the review site, Archived.

Private feedback

If customers sent private feedback through your review requests, a box shows how many. Click to bring them in and write a reply you send yourself.

Rules the AI follows

  • Thanks for good reviews. For 3 stars or fewer: empathy and “let’s talk offline”.
  • It never argues with the reviewer.
  • It never promises a refund, discount, free work, fix or credit.
  • It never invents job details, dates, prices or names.
  • No personal data beyond the first name.

If the draft breaks a rule, VisionScaper fixes it and tells you, for example “We took out a sentence that promised money, a discount or a fix.” If the AI’s wording isn’t usable, you get a short safe reply to edit.

Credits

“Each draft uses 1 AI credit from your monthly credits (placeholder, not approved).” Retrying a failed draft does not charge twice, and a failed draft gives the credit back. The screen shows your credits used this month.

Tips

  • Reply within a day or two, and keep it short.
  • Archive replies you are done with. Bring back restores them.

If something goes wrong

  • The Write a reply button is off: “The AI writer isn’t switched on for this site yet.” You can still type your own reply and approve it, but ask the site owner to add the AI key.
  • Copy fails: select the text and copy it yourself.
