Designer: Send my design, Share and consultation forms
Every field in the Send my design form, the Request a design consultation and Ask a question forms, and the Share window.
On this page
You find these in the Designer under the share and send buttons. The forms send your design picture and plant list to the business that runs the site. Anyone can send; if you are signed in, your name, email, phone and town are filled in for you. Background: print, share and send.
Before you start
- A design with at least one view.

Request a design consultation / Ask a question
The window title is “Request a design consultation” or “Ask a question”.

Steps
- Open the design you want to send and tap the send button.
- Check Name, Email and Phone.
- Add a Town and a note if you like.
- Press Send my design. Wait for “Sent! We’ll be in touch soon.”
- For a consultation, choose Best time and Where, add a message, then press Request my consultation.
Tips
- Use a phone number you answer; the business calls it.
If something goes wrong
- “Please add your name, email and a 10-digit phone number.” One of the three is missing or wrong.
- It did not send. The error under the button says why; try again.
- Nobody replied. Replies depend on the business; the site has no delivery receipt shown here.
