Settings → Business profile: every field
Every box on the Business profile tab of Hub Settings: name, contact, licence, address, service radius, services and logo.

Open the Contractor Hub, choose Settings in the Hub menu, then pick the Business group and the Business profile tab. Only approved contractor accounts (the business owner) use this screen. It holds the details homeowners and your documents show about your business: name, contact details, licence, service area, services and logo.
Note: The same form is used when a business first applies. On the application, two extra tick boxes (Terms of Service and confidentiality) appear. They do not appear once you have a saved profile.
Before you start
- Your business phone (at least 10 digits), a working business email and your town. The save fails without them.
- Your state contractor or HIC licence number, if you have one.
- A logo image if you want one shown (the picture is shrunk to 600 pixels on its longest side and must be 2 MB or less after saving).

Steps
- Open Settings in the Hub menu. The Business group is selected first and Business profile is the first tab.
- Tap Logo if you want to add or change your picture.
- Fill the six boxes at the top: Business name, Your name, Business phone, Business email, Website and Years in business. The ones marked with * are required.
- Enter your License # and tick We carry general liability insurance only if it is true.
- Under Where you work, type your Street and pick the suggestion. Check Town, State and ZIP, then set Service radius (miles).
- Under Services, tap every chip that matches work you do.
- Write About your business.
- Press Save business profile. A small Saved message confirms it.
Tips
- Pick the address from the suggestion list instead of typing every box. It fills Town, State and ZIP in one go.
- Your map position is worked out from the address you save. If the address is wrong, homeowners near you may not find you.
- Edit and Save again any time. Nothing else is deleted when you change the profile.
If something goes wrong
- Please add your business name, phone, email and town. One of the required values is missing or too short. Phone needs 10 digits and email must be valid.
- Nothing seems to save. The message appears in red under the form. Read it, fix the box and press Save again.
- Logo missing after saving. The picture must be 2 MB or less once saved. Try a smaller image.
