ElevenLabs supplies the receptionist’s voice (the default voice layer). One VisionScaper field: ElevenLabs key.

• An ElevenLabs account. Per ElevenLabs, creating personal keys requires a Full Seat. Plans and credits are set by ElevenLabs.

1. Open elevenlabs.io/app/settings/api-keys.
2. Create a new key. Optionally use Expire After (15 minutes to 30 days; default Never). Choose Never or a long date, or the receptionist stops speaking when it expires.
3. Leave scope, credit quota and IP restrictions off unless you know you need them. If you add an IP allowlist, it must include your web host’s address; other IPs get a 403 error.
4. Copy the key. Whether it is shown again was not stated; copy it now.
5. In WordPress go to Settings → VisionScaper AI Receptionist, Keys.
6. Paste it into ElevenLabs key and save. A blank box keeps the saved value.

• Team accounts can use a service account key: profile icon → Workspace settings → Service Accounts tab. These keys do not expire.

• Voice previews fail: key wrong, expired, or out of credit.
• 403 errors: your IP allowlist excludes your web host.
