Find it under Settings → VisionScaper Community → Latest posts. It lists the 30 newest posts that are not removed. Only users who can manage options (WordPress administrators) can open this screen.

Columns

Hide do=hide Sets a live post to hidden so members stop seeing it. It then appears in Needs review. Click. Only shown when the post is live.
Restore do=keep Sets the post to live, resets reports to 0, dismisses its reports. Click. Shown instead of Hide when the post is not live.
Remove do=remove Sets the post to removed and dismisses its reports. Click, then OK on “Are you sure?” Removed posts leave this list.

Steps

  1. Open the screen and scan the thumbnails and titles.
  2. To pull a post while you decide, click Hide.
  3. To bring it back, click Restore.
  4. To get rid of it, click Remove and confirm.
  5. Check the green message at the top.

Tips

  • Hide is gentler than Remove. Use it when unsure.

If something goes wrong

  • A post you expect is missing: only the newest 30 show, and removed posts are never shown.
