Marketing settings: Texts and missed calls
The marketing-text notes, missed-call text-back switch and contractor number boxes on the Marketing settings page.

On Settings → VisionScaper Marketing, the section Texts & missed calls (Twilio) switches on missed-call text-back and assigns a phone number to each contractor.
What the notes say
- Marketing texts use the Twilio account saved in Settings → VisionScaper. They need their own A2P 10DLC campaign in Twilio (use case Marketing or Mixed); a Customer care campaign alone does not allow promotions.
- Marketing texts go only to customers who gave written consent, name the business and honor STOP.
- Delivery receipts are requested automatically.
Before you start
- Twilio account connected. Buy one Twilio number per contractor and add it to your Messaging Service. Follow Twilio’s current instructions (
get-twilio-details). - The page quotes about $1.15 per month per number as an example only.

Steps
- Tick Offer missed-call text-back to contractors.
- Type each contractor’s Twilio number in their row.
- In Twilio, paste both addresses on each number.
- Press Save.
- Contractors choose which phone rings in Marketing → Controls.
If something goes wrong
- Texts are blocked: finish the A2P campaign and the business’s text approval.
- Calls do not arrive: re-check the addresses in Twilio.
