Plans page: the Contractors table and owner actions

Read the revenue line and per-contractor rows, and use Extend trial, Comp, Suspend, Restore and the other owner actions.

Where: Settings → VisionScaper Plans, at the bottom under Contractors. Administrators only. It lists every approved contractor (first 500), starting with past-due ones. Your own owner account shows “owner (free)” and has no action form: you are always on the top plan for free.

Reading the table

  • Monthly recurring revenue adds, for active and past-due contractors, the plan’s monthly price, or one twelfth of the yearly price. Because prices are placeholders until approved, treat the figure as an estimate.
  • The counts line shows how many contractors are in each status, plus “Trials ever” and “converted to paid”.
  • Columns: Business, Status (with failed-payment count and stage/day when past due), Plan, Trial / renews, Last payment, Notes (recent trial, fair-use or deletion flags).

The action form (last column)

Control (label) What it does What to enter Default
Action drop-down (do) Picks the action below. Choose one. Extend trial.
Plan drop-down (plan) The plan used by “Give free access (comp)” and “Set plan”. Other actions ignore it. Choose a plan. First plan in list.
days box (days) Number of days for “Extend trial”, “Give more time to pay”, “Restore” (new trial length when there is no Stripe subscription) and “Grant a second trial”. 1 to 90. 14.
Reason (why) Why you are doing it; saved in the contractor’s history. Required for Extend trial, comp, grace, pause and second trial. Short sentence. Empty.
Apply Runs the action. Press once.

Options in the drop-down and their effect:

  • Extend trial: adds the days to a running trial (and updates Stripe if a subscription exists).
  • Give free access (comp): status becomes “comped” on the chosen plan (Pro+ if none valid).
  • End free access: removes comped status.
  • Give more time to pay (days): pushes the non-payment clock back for a past-due contractor.
  • Suspend now: status “paused”, shown as suspended.
  • Restore: back to active (with a Stripe subscription) or a new trial.
  • Grant a second trial (exception): a new trial on the trial plan.
  • Set plan: changes the plan only.

Steps

  1. Find the contractor’s row.
  2. Choose the action, plan and days; type a reason.
  3. Press Apply. The page returns to that row with “Saved.”
  4. If you see “Please write a reason – every exception is recorded”, add a reason and try again.

If something goes wrong

  • “Contractor not found.” means the account is not an approved contractor.
  • Extend trial or Give more time to pay appear to do nothing when the contractor is not trialing or not past due.
