The AI Receptionist answers calls using three kinds of outside service. This page is for the site administrator.

• Accounts with the services you choose. Follow each provider’s current instructions.
• A phone carrier: Twilio (default) or Telnyx.

1. Open Settings → VisionScaper AI Receptionist in WordPress admin.
2. Copy the webhook address at the top. It ends in /receptionist/webhook/ENGINE, where ENGINE is retell, vapi or bland. Give the right one to each voice service.
3. Copy the voice address (it ends in /receptionist/voice) for the phone number’s voice setting.
4. In Keys, fill the boxes for the engine you will use. For each of Retell AI, Vapi and Bland there are three: API key, webhook secret, and phone address (SIP).
5. Fill ElevenLabs key, Cartesia key, Deepgram key for the voice layer you want.
6. Fill Telnyx key if you use Telnyx.
7. Press Save Changes.

Saved boxes show “saved – leave blank to keep”. A blank box does not erase the saved key.

• Prices (what the service costs per minute), margin, overage and monthly limit are placeholders until you set your own.
• Keep transcripts and recording links for (days; 0 = forever).
• Hide phone numbers and emails in saved transcripts.
• Kill switch stops all AI Receptionist calling and campaigns.
• Included minutes per plan are set under VisionScaper Plans.

• The AI always says it is an AI. No setting removes that.
• Start with one engine, one voice layer and one carrier.
• Test with a call to your own phone.

• Webhooks do not arrive: your site must be reachable over https://.
• Signature errors: re-copy the webhook secret.
• No audio or voice: check the voice-layer key and balance.
