The Entitlements admin page

See and edit which features each plan includes, give one account an exception, open a catch-up window, and read the audit log and refusals.

Settings → VisionScaper Entitlements is one list of what each plan includes. The same values power the app, the website pricing feed and the server checks.

Warning: every tier assignment in this matrix is an unapproved placeholder. Prices are proposals and stay hidden from visitors until you approve them.

What the banners mean

  • Billing is switched OFF. Every contractor gets the top plan. Nobody is charged or limited by plan. Turn billing on in VisionScaper Plans when ready.
  • Billing is on but Stripe is not connected. Accounts keep the plan and state on record, but no one can start or change a subscription until the Stripe key is added.

Plan matrix

A table with one row per capability and one column per plan, grouped (Customers & Sales, Schedule & Field, Marketing & Growth, Finance & Reports, Design Studio, Team & Training, Settings & Integrations, and Planned).
– A switch shows a checkbox.
– A limit shows a number box, or “unlimited”.
– A row marked “✓ all plans” is part of every plan.
– A row marked “not built” is planned and cannot be given yet.

Steps: change a plan

  1. Tick or untick, or type a new limit.
  2. Fill in Reason for this change (required, kept in the audit log).
  3. Click Save plan matrix. You will see “Saved and written to the audit log.”

Prices & upgrade destination

  • Tick I have approved the plan prices — show them to visitors and in upgrade prompts only when you mean it.
  • Where “See plans” goes: a link for upgrade prompts. Leave empty for the app’s Plan & billing screen.

Give one account a feature (or take it away)

  1. Enter the Contractor user id.
  2. Choose the Entitlement.
  3. Enter a Value: 1 or 0 for a switch, or a limit. Use -1 for unlimited.
  4. Optionally set For how many days (empty means until cleared).
  5. Fill in Reason (required) and click Save override.

Active overrides are listed with a Clear link.

Catch-up window

Before version 2.38.0 some plan-card features, the Route Optimizer and job costing, were not really switched off for lower plans. With billing on, this window lets accounts that subscribed before today keep the features you pick until a date, so nobody loses something without notice. It is off unless you open it, and every use is labelled “grandfathered”. Untick everything to close it.

Audit log and recent refusals

  • Audit log records who changed what, before and after, and why.
  • Recent refusals lists the last 50 times a request was refused: account, route, entitlement and reason code. Only those four things are kept.

Reason codes

Code Meaning
FEATURE_NOT_INCLUDED The plan does not have it
SUBSCRIPTION_REQUIRED No subscription yet, or the record is missing
USAGE_LIMIT_REACHED The allowance is used up
SUBSCRIPTION_INACTIVE Paused, cancelled, trial over, or payment too late

Nothing here deletes data. An inactive or lowered plan stops creating, sending and premium reports. Reading, exporting and paying stay open.

Tips

  • Use [view-as-customer-tool] to see the effect of a change.
  • Every contractor route is checked on the server, and an unknown route is protected by default.

If something goes wrong

  • “Nothing changed.” You saved without any difference.
  • A contractor says “my plan doesn’t include X”: check Recent refusals for their code, then the matrix or an override.
