My Projects: quotes, hires, invoices and reviews

How a homeowner follows a job in My Projects: sign quotes, see appointments, pay invoices, share property details and leave a review.

My Projects is the homeowner’s page for everything about work they are having done: requests, quotes to sign, appointments, invoices and reviews. It appears when your site owner has turned on the Contractor tools.

Before you start

  • You must be signed in. If not, the page says “Sign in to see your projects and quotes.”
  • Contractors only appear here after you request a quote from them or hire them.

Steps: open it

  1. Open VisionScaper on your website.
  2. Tap My Projects (subtitle “Quotes, hires & schedule”). On the front screen the third big button, See my project, also leads here.
  3. If a quote is waiting, the tile says how many quotes are to review.

What you will see

Sections appear only when they have something in them:

Section What it holds
Coming up Your next appointments (see [homeowner-my-calendar-and-messages])
Invoices to pay Open invoices, each a link to pay
Quotes waiting for you Quotes sent or viewed, with View & sign
Active jobs Signed jobs not finished
Requests sent Requests that have no quote yet
Contractors you’ve hired Each hired contractor and their jobs
Finished Done jobs
Older quotes Declined or expired quotes (collapsed)
Photos from your visits Photos your contractor chose to share
My property Your address, aerial view and guided property photos

If you have no projects, you will see “No projects yet” with a button to find a contractor.

The progress line

Each project card shows five steps: Requested, Quote, Hired, Scheduled, Done. A request card may say how complete your request is, and which missing detail would help contractors quote without calling.

Steps: sign a quote

  1. Under Quotes waiting for you, tap ✍️ View & sign on the quote.
  2. Read the proposal. Pick optional add-ons if the contractor offers them.
  3. Draw your signature, tick the agreement box, and submit. You are asked for your name too.

Use View proposal later to read a quote you already handled. Call, Messages and Contractor buttons on each card let you reach them.

Saved card for autopay

If your contractor uses autopay and the site owner has turned it on, you can save a card or bank account on Stripe’s page from My Projects, and remove it later. VisionScaper keeps only Stripe’s ids, never a card number.

Steps: leave a review

After a job is done, or an invoice is paid, a review button appears on the card.
1. Tap ⭐ Leave a review (later it says ⭐ Edit my review).
2. Rate Overall from one to five stars.
3. Rate Dream-to-Reality: how closely the finished yard matches your design.
4. Write a few words about the work, crew, communication and cleanup.
5. Optionally add a photo of the finished yard.
6. Tap Post review.

Some contractors then offer a link to post the review elsewhere too. You can say no thanks.

Tips

  • Use Request quotes at the top to ask more contractors.
  • A “More work” card lets you ask a contractor you already use for extra work.

If something goes wrong

  • A quote is not listed: the contractor may not have sent it yet. Check Messages.
  • The page asks you to sign in again: your session ended. Sign in and reopen it.
