Bland is an optional voice-agent service built for high-volume outbound calling. VisionScaper fields: Bland API key, Bland webhook secret, Bland phone address (SIP).

Warning: Bland’s current docs describe getting a key through an agent onboarding flow and say keys can be revoked under Settings > API Keys. Direct dashboard creation steps were not found, so the steps below are unverified. Follow Bland’s current instructions.

• A Bland account at app.bland.ai. Rates are set by Bland.
• Webhook address from the top of Settings → VisionScaper AI Receptionist, ending in bland.

1. Sign in at app.bland.ai.
2. Look under Settings > API Keys for your key (Bland’s docs say you can view and revoke keys there). Creating a new one: follow Bland’s docs; not verified.
3. Copy the key. Bland says an onboarding-issued key is shown only once.
4. In WordPress go to Settings → VisionScaper AI Receptionist, Keys.
5. Paste it into Bland API key. VisionScaper sends it in an authorization header.
6. Bland webhook secret: enter the signing secret for your webhooks. VisionScaper checks an HMAC-SHA256 signature in x-bland-signature. Where Bland provides it was not verified.
7. Bland phone address (SIP): only if you use it; not verified where Bland shows it.
8. Save. A blank box keeps the saved value.

• Bland’s docs say a number is provided with their Agent Phone Plan; plans are set by Bland.

• “The voice service isn’t connected yet”: the key box is empty.
• Key rejected: revoke and create a new one per Bland’s docs.
