Social links

Networks listed in the settings search: Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Houzz, YouTube, Nextdoor, TikTok and LinkedIn. The tab itself shows the list your site provides.

1. Paste a link, or just your @name where the field allows.
2. Use the Show switch to hide any link everywhere at once. It stays saved.
3. Click Test to open the link (save first).
4. Check How homeowners will see them.
5. Click Save social links.

Links show on your contractor page, your Find a Contractor card, proposals and invoices. The card shows the first three. The tab says every plan includes every network. A tip suggests starting with your Google Business Profile.

Work gallery

• Heading Work gallery: your best finished work, shown on your contractor page. Up to 60 photos.
• Click Add a photo and pick an image. It is resized before upload.
• Click the small close icon on a photo to remove it.
• If the gallery is not in your plan, you see a lock note instead.

Path: Settings → Business → Services.

This tab shows a card Service templates with one button, Open Services. Your reusable services live in their own area: defaults for price, duration, crew, scope, materials, checklist, messages and automations, with version history and job profit.

1. Open Social & gallery.
2. Paste your Google Business Profile link first.
3. Add the other links you use.
4. Save social links.
5. Add a few gallery photos.
6. Open Services and review your templates.

• Use real links only. Switch off networks you do not maintain.
• Pick bright, well lit photos.

• A link is rejected. The tab shows the problem under that field. Paste the full link.
• No photos can be added. Your plan may not include the gallery.
