Settings: Business profile
Fill in the Business profile tab: name, contact details, license, service area, services and logo.
On this page
Path: Settings → Business → Business profile. This is the same form a new contractor fills in to apply. Once approved, the button reads Save business profile.
Fields

| Services | Tap to select: Landscape design, Planting, Mulch & stone, Lawn installation, Patios & walkways, Retaining walls, Landscape lighting, Fencing, Drainage & grading, Tree work, Lawn care, Irrigation, Snow removal, Outdoor kitchens, Water features. |

Steps
- Open Business profile.
- Upload your logo.
- Fill in the required fields (marked with *).
- Enter your license number and tick insurance if it applies. The site owner checks these when approving applications.
- Choose your services and radius.
- Click Save business profile.
Applying for the first time
New applicants must also tick two boxes: agree to the Terms of Service, and confirm they understand that customer payment and scheduling records and employee references are shared only between approved contractors and must stay confidential. The button reads Apply to be a VisionScaper contractor. After you apply you see “Your application is being reviewed” until it is approved. See [contractor-approval].
Tips
- Your logo and license line feed other places such as invoices.
- Keep the service radius honest. It affects who finds you.
If something goes wrong
- “Please tick both boxes to apply.” Tick both agreement boxes.
- Save fails. A required field is empty.
- You cannot open Settings. Your application may still be pending.
