Marketing → 📈 Results follows each message to the money.

1. Choose 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.
2. Read From message to money: Messages, Responded, Estimates, Booked jobs, Collected, Gross profit.
3. See totals by Campaigns, Automations and Sent by you, and the response rate for Text and Email.
4. Under What made money, a table lists each campaign or automation with Sent, Responded, Estimates, Booked, Collected, Profit and Cost.
5. Booked work by week shows trends. Group posts shows posts and link clicks.

How credit works: a booked job counts for the last marketing message that customer got in the days before it. The default window is 30 days. Change it in Settings under “Credit a booked job to marketing sent within N days”. Revenue is what has been paid. Gross profit uses each job’s own cost estimate. Costs use the text and email costs set by the site administrator.

Local Facebook groups and Nextdoor often allow business posts on certain days only. VisionScaper reminds you.

1. Go to Marketing → ⏰ Reminders.
2. Click 📣 Add a group.
3. Enter Group name and Link to the group, pick the platform (the list includes Facebook, Nextdoor, Instagram, Craigslist and other), and paste the group’s rules in Group rules (for your reference).
4. Under Business posts allowed on, pick the days and the time. Choose Remind me: The morning of, The evening before or Both, with times.
5. Set how many times a week you post and every how many weeks. Once you have posted the number allowed, the rest of that week is skipped.
6. Write Your post. Use {link} for a tracked link to your website, which counts clicks and the leads that come from the group. Use {join_link} for your text-list sign-up.
7. Add photos (up to 6, each under 6 MB). Add extra versions. They rotate so the group does not see the same post every week. ✨ Write a fresh version with AI adds one.
8. Under Alert me by, choose 🔔 In the app, ✉️ Email or 💬 Text me.
9. Click Add group.

On a post day, click 📋 Copy post & open group. VisionScaper copies the post and opens the group. VisionScaper does not post for you. Use Pause and Resume to stop a group for a while.

Use the second button next to 📣 Add a group to add a personal reminder (exact label not checked). It is for things you must not forget: insurance renewals, weekly social posts, calling suppliers. Choose Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly or Every N days, with a time, an optional end date, and an early warning from 15 minutes to a week.

• Paste each group’s rules in so you keep to them.
• Turn off “Reminders & group-posting alerts to me” in Settings → What can go out if you want no reminders.

• No reminder arrived: check the channel boxes and the group’s allowed days.
• Link clicks show 0: the post must use the {link} placeholder.
