The request form is a form your customers fill in on your own website. It makes a new lead, sends the customer an instant reply and alerts your office. It is off until you turn it on.

The settings are in Settings, group Messages and connections, tab Connected apps. Scroll to the card Request form for your website.

The form heading is “Request a visit or a quote”. Fields: Your name, Email, Phone, Property address, Town, What do you need? (the services you switched on), Anything we should know?, Photos of the area (optional), Best times to reach you (optional), two consent boxes (“Email me about this request”, “Text me about this request”), and Send my request. If self-booking is on, a day and time picker appears as well.

The consent boxes are not ticked for the visitor. They are not marketing consent. The exact wording shown and the time are stored so you can prove what they agreed to.

1. Open Settings, then Connected apps.
2. In Request form for your website tick Turn the request form on.
3. Under Services offered tick the services to list. They come from your service templates.
4. Set Photos allowed (0 = none). The limit in the field is 0 to 10.
5. Decide on self-booking and spam protection (see below).
6. Tap Save.

Under Put it on your website you get three copy boxes:

• Shortcode (WordPress page): paste it into a WordPress page.
• Paste this one line anywhere: an embed line for any site.
• Link to the form page: a framed page you can link to.

Always on: a hidden trap field, a minimum fill-in time and a limit per address. Optional: Cloudflare Turnstile. You need your own free Cloudflare account, and visitors’ browsers contact Cloudflare when the form loads. To use it, tick Use Cloudflare Turnstile and paste the site key and secret key from Cloudflare into the two fields. Get the keys by following Cloudflare’s current instructions. Leave it off unless you see spam.

VisionScaper also has a different lead form with the heading “Get a free design & quote”. It starts with an address and a short walk through photos, and offers “Design it with VisionScaper first”. It is a separate shortcode from the request form above. (The request form above is the one managed in Settings; the settings for this second form were not verified in code.)

• Every submit creates a new lead. It never merges into an existing customer by itself. Possible matches are listed for your office.
• A repeated tap of Send returns the first result. It will not double-create.

• The form shows nothing. It is still off. Tick it on and Save.
• Spam. Turn on Turnstile.
• Leads are not arriving. Look in Quotes, filter Requests, and in the Inbox.
