Once a design looks right, use the More menu in the top bar to save it, print it or send it on.

1. Open the More menu, under “Save & share”.
2. Choose Save a picture. A JPG downloads, named after the design and the view.
3. The picture has a dark bar along the bottom with the design name, the view name, and “VisionScaper by” your business name and site. The app says “Image saved to your downloads.”

1. Open Print from the More menu.
2. A letter-size page is prepared with your title and date, the picture (or Before and After side by side if you changed the photo), an “In this design” plant and ground-material list, and a footer.
3. Your browser’s print window opens. Choose your printer or Save as PDF.

1. Open Share on social media from the More menu.
2. The window is called “Share your design”. If you changed the photo, pick Before & after or Just the design.
3. Press a network: Facebook, Pinterest, X, WhatsApp, Nextdoor, LinkedIn, Reddit or Email. Or press Copy link. On phones and some browsers a Share… button also appears.
4. Save for Instagram / TikTok downloads a picture to post from your photos.
5. You must be signed in to make a link. The app asks you to sign in. Links show your picture (not your address or name).

When the site owner turns on “Let customers send their finished design to you”, the top bar shows a Get a quote button. It opens “Send your design to” the business. Fill in Name, Email, Phone and Town (optional), add an optional message, and press Send my design. The More menu also has Request a consultation (adds best time and where) and Ask a question. “Get a quote from a local contractor” appears only on sites with the contractor quote feature switched on.

• AI pictures keep the label “Concept picture – not a build-ready plan” in saved pictures, prints and shares.
• If you approved a version for the customer in Design versions & notes, shares and prints use that approved picture and the app tells you so.
• Check the plant list before printing; it counts every plant and ground material in all views.
• The More menu also has Save to my Inspiration Board and Post to VisionScaper Browser. These are not covered here.

• No link: sign in, then try again. A pop-up blocker can stop the social window; allow pop-ups.
• “Please add your name, email and a 10-digit phone number.” Fix the form and press Send again.
• “Could not send.” Try again, or use Request a consultation.
• Print layout odd: pick Letter paper and no scaling in your browser’s print window.
