Telnyx is the second text service. You can choose it as main, or let it step in when Twilio fails.

• A Telnyx account, a texting number, and a messaging profile. Follow Telnyx’s current instructions.
• Complete the carrier registration Telnyx requires for US business texting.

1. In WordPress admin, open Settings → VisionScaper Messaging.
2. Under Texts, find Text service. Choose Twilio or Telnyx.
3. Tick If it fails, try the other one to turn on failover.
4. Paste your Telnyx key.
5. Paste Telnyx webhook secret, if Telnyx gave you one for webhooks.
6. Enter Telnyx sending number.
7. Enter Telnyx messaging profile.
8. Copy the Webhook address shown on the page into your Telnyx webhook settings.
9. Press Save.

Blank boxes keep the value you saved before. Type a new value to replace it.

• VisionScaper tries the main service first.
• If it fails for a provider reason, it tries the other service once.
• If the customer’s number is the problem (a bad number, a customer who replied STOP), it stops. Another carrier will not help.
• Each text gets “Reply STOP to opt out.” added if STOP is not already in it.

• Stop all texts and emails on this site (kill switch).
• Only let a business text after its “Get ready to text” details are approved.
• Hide phone numbers and email addresses inside saved messages.
• Keep conversations for (days, 0 = forever).
• Most texts per business per month (0 = no limit).
• Prices and message packs on the page are placeholders until you set your own.

• Telnyx webhooks are rejected with “Bad signature”: the webhook secret does not match. VisionScaper checks a signature header on incoming events. (The provider’s own signature scheme is not implemented; a generic signature is used.)
• Texts fail with Telnyx chosen: check key, sending number, and that the sample-customer rule is not blocking you. Sample customers are never texted.
