Designer: Sign in, create account and My Account fields
Every field in the sign-in and create-account window, the profile window, My Account tiles and the AI credits and storage windows.
On this page
You find these when you tap Sign in (top of the Designer or Home), when a tool says “Sign in to …”, or My Account from the account button. Anyone can open them. A free account saves designs online and unlocks the AI tools and Plant ID.
The same window creates a contractor account when it is opened from the Hub side; the differences are noted below.
Before you start
- For Google or Facebook sign-in buttons to appear, the site owner must have set them up (get Google sign-in keys, get Facebook login keys).

AI credits and storage windows
The packs, prices, daily free credits and storage sizes come from the site and are placeholders until the owner approves them.

Steps
- Tap Sign in and choose Create account.
- Fill in Full name, Email, Phone, the yard address and Password.
- Tick I agree to the Terms of Service.
- Press Create my free account. Fix any message shown above the button.
- Later, open My Account → My details to change anything.
- If you forget your password, choose Sign in, type your email and tap Forgot password?.
Tips
- Use a phone number you answer.
- Social sign-in may ask for missing phone and address afterwards.
If something goes wrong
- “Please add a 10-digit phone number.” The phone needs at least 10 digits.
- No Google or Facebook buttons. The owner has not turned them on.
- I deleted my account by mistake. It cannot be undone.
