Fields (buttons)

Field (exact label) What it does for VisionScaper What to enter and example Default / notes
Keep (it’s fine) do=keep Sets the item back to live, resets its report count to 0 and marks its open reports as done. Click. Message: “Restored and reports dismissed.” No confirmation.
Remove do=remove Sets the item to removed and marks its reports done. Click, then OK on “Are you sure?” Message: “Removed.” Removed items no longer appear in Latest posts.
Ban member do=ban Marks the author as banned and hides all their live posts. Click, then OK. Message: “Member banned and their posts hidden.” Not shown if the author account is gone. Administrators cannot be banned.

Steps

  1. Open the screen and look at the Reasons column.
  2. If the item is fine, click Keep (it’s fine).
  3. If it breaks your rules, click Remove and confirm.
  4. If the member keeps causing trouble, click Ban member and confirm.
  5. Confirm the green message appears and the row disappears (a banned member’s other rows may stay if they were comments).

Tips

  • Keep clears reports, so a member cannot keep an item flagged forever.
  • Banned members can still design, but cannot post, comment, like or message.

If something goes wrong

  • No change after clicking: the link may have expired. Reload and try again.
  • To undo a ban, use Unban under Members (community-members-points).
