Steps
- Open Settings → Prices and quotes → Price book.
- Click Pavers. Enter your material cost per square foot and waste percents, then the base, sand and paver depths you build to.
- Enter your gravel, sand, restraint and joint sand costs, then the labor hours and your daily rental prices.
- Open Gravel path, Retaining wall, Boulders and Fence and fill them the same way. For each fence type type two numbers with a comma (cost per foot, hours per foot).
- Press Save price book.
- Price a sample patio or wall in the Landscape plan tool and check that the totals look right.
Tips
- Hours-per-unit boxes matter as much as costs. Time a real job once.
- Leave a section you never sell untouched; it will not be used unless a plan includes that item.
- A wall taller than 3 ft automatically adds geogrid, so the geogrid cost matters for tall walls.
If something goes wrong
- A value reverted to 0. An empty or non-number box is saved as 0.
- A fence price looks wrong. Both numbers must be separated by a comma: cost first, hours second.
- Totals did not change. Quotes already saved keep their old numbers; open or re-price the plan.
