Hub Marketing settings: controls, limits, design, reviews and automations
Every switch and box in the Hub's Marketing controls, sending limits, links, email and text design, review requests and automation modes.
On this page
These screens decide what marketing VisionScaper may send for you, how often, when, and how it looks. Numbers shown as defaults are placeholders, not approved; set your own.
Where to find it: Contractor Hub → Marketing & Growth → Marketing, then Automations, Reviews and Settings. The AI parts need your plan to include AI marketing.
Before you start
- Your logo, address and phone come from your business profile (see settings-business-profile).
- Text marketing only goes to customers who agreed to texts (see hub-marketing-safety-consent-and-auto-replies).
Automations
Each automation has a toggle (with a short “when” line) and, when on, a choice Autopilot or Ask me first. Two buttons set all at once: All on Autopilot and Ask me first for all. The Review automation shows Review settings → instead. Defaults for each automation are on (see “What can go out” below).

Editing the words of a message
Opening an automation’s message shows Email subject, Email and Text message boxes, tag buttons, Save wording and Back to the default.
Steps
- Open Marketing → Settings. Review What can go out and switch off what you do not want.
- Set Limits & sending hours.
- Fill Links & offers, then Save.
- Set the design and click Save design. Check the preview.
- In Reviews, paste your Google link and click Save links.
- In Automations choose Autopilot or Ask me first per automation.
Tips
- Start with Ask me first until you trust the wording.
- Use Pause ALL marketing if you need a quick stop.
If something goes wrong
- A message did not send: it is waiting for a limit or the allowed hours.
- Missed-call text-back is missing: you have no VisionScaper number yet.
- Save fails: read the red toast; a value outside its range is rejected.
