AI Receptionist settings: Prices and packs
Every price field: provider cost per minute, margin, overage, monthly limit and minute packs. All values are placeholders.

On Settings → VisionScaper AI Receptionist, the section Prices (placeholders – set your own) controls what calls cost and what a business is charged. Minutes included in each plan are set elsewhere, under Settings → VisionScaper Plans (the “AI Receptionist minutes per month” setting and the “AI Receptionist” switch).
Before you start
Packs are bought through Stripe. See get-stripe-keys. Without it, buying says “Buying minutes isn’t available yet.”
Fields
Every default is a placeholder, not approved; set your own.

Steps
- Enter what each service really costs you per minute.
- Choose a margin and overage.
- Edit the pack minutes and prices.
- Press Save Changes.
Warning: a pack with 0 minutes or a 0 price is dropped when you save, and its boxes disappear from the page.
If something goes wrong
- Calls stopped: “The minutes in the plan are used up. Add a minute pack to keep going.” means no overage is set. Add a pack or raise overage.
- “The site’s monthly limit for this business has been reached.” is your hard monthly limit.
