AI Receptionist settings: Keys section
Every key and webhook box on Settings → VisionScaper AI Receptionist: Retell, Vapi, Bland, voice and phone keys.
Find it in WordPress under Settings → VisionScaper AI Receptionist. Only administrators see it. The top of the page shows two copyable addresses and the Keys section stores the provider keys for the AI phone assistant.
Before you start
Create accounts and keys with the services you use: get-retell-keys, get-vapi-keys, get-bland-keys, get-elevenlabs-key, get-cartesia-key, get-deepgram-key, get-telnyx-details. Follow each provider’s current instructions.
Read-only addresses (top of page)
- Webhook address: your site address ending in
/receptionist/webhook/ENGINE. Replace ENGINE withretell,vapiorbland. Give it to the voice service so it can send call reports. - The phone number’s voice address: your site address ending in
/receptionist/voice. Set it as the voice address on the phone number.
Fields
All are hidden password boxes. A blank box keeps the saved key; saved ones show “•••••• saved – leave blank to keep”.

Phone numbers themselves use the Twilio account saved on the main VisionScaper settings page.
Steps
- Open the page. Copy the webhook address and replace ENGINE for each service you use.
- Paste the keys you have. Leave the others empty.
- Add each service’s webhook secret and SIP address.
- Scroll down and press Save Changes. “Saved.” appears at the top.
If something goes wrong
- “The voice service isn’t connected yet.” means the API key for the chosen engine is empty.
- Call reports do not arrive: the secret is missing or different from the provider’s.
- Keys cannot be erased by leaving them blank.
