Settings: Show me & tools (Simple or Full)

Choose Simple or Full, and switch ten advanced tools on or off without deleting anything.

Path: Settings → Business → Show me & tools.

This tab only changes what is shown. It never deletes or changes your information. Turn a tool back on and everything returns.

Show me

Two choices:

A business that existed before this feature (version 2.26.0) is Full. A business created after is Simple. Your choice is stored once you pick.

Each tool has a switch.

Tool	What it does
Payroll export	Download approved hours as a file for payroll.
Overhead budget	Plan yearly overhead and see what each labor hour must cover.
Materials & purchases	Order materials, email vendors and receive deliveries.
Team location	See who is clocked in and where they were last seen.
Door-to-door	Log every house you knock on, on a map.
Landscape plans	Measured 2D plans you can share.
Route planner	Put the day’s stops in the best order.
Equipment	Maintenance reminders for every machine.
AI Receptionist	An AI that answers your phone and books visits.
AI marketing	AI finds who to contact and writes the message.

Each switch shows or hides that tool’s menu item and Today pieces. A link to a hidden tool still opens it, with a notice.

Open Show me & tools.
Click Simple or Full.
Flip any switch you want. A message confirms, for example “Route planner is on.”

Update message. If the tab says to update the VisionScaper plugin, the site’s plugin is older than this feature.
A menu item is still missing. Your plan or your role’s permissions may hide it.
