Marketing Safety: consent, sending rules, auto-replies and carrier registration

Every field in the Hub's Marketing text and email safety tools: consent forms, list import, carrier registration, sending rules, auto-replies, AI notice and A/B tests.

These Hub screens keep your marketing texts and emails within the rules you choose. Every legal choice is a setting you control, with a safe default. Nothing here is legal advice.

Where to find it: Contractor Hub → Marketing & Growth → Marketing, then the Conversations and Safety parts. The WordPress-side limits are in messaging-safety-limits.

Before you start

  • Text messaging must be set up by the site owner (see messaging-texts-settings).
  • For the carrier registration you need your legal business name, Tax ID (EIN), website, street address and a contact email.
