Messaging settings: Email section
Every field in the Email section of Settings → VisionScaper Messaging: Resend, SendGrid and Amazon SES keys, secrets and region.
Find it in WordPress under Settings → VisionScaper Messaging. Only WordPress users who can manage site options (administrators) see it. This section lets you send marketing email through Resend, SendGrid or Amazon SES instead of the service chosen on the Marketing page. Postmark and the website’s own mail are set on the Marketing page.
Before you start
- An account and API key at the service you pick:
get-resend-key,get-sendgrid-keyorget-amazon-ses-keys. - A “send from” address set on Settings → VisionScaper Marketing (see
marketing-settings-email). Email is refused until one is set.

Webhook addresses
The page only prints the Telnyx address. The code accepts reports at the same pattern for each service: your site address ending in /dreamscaper/v1/msg/webhook/resend, /sendgrid or /ses. They are used for delivered, bounced, spam-complaint and unsubscribe reports. A bounce marks that customer’s email as bounced. A complaint or unsubscribe stops email to that customer.
Steps
- Open Settings → VisionScaper Messaging and scroll to Email.
- Choose an Email service.
- Paste the key (or both Amazon keys) for that service. Fill the webhook secret and region if you use them.
- Press Save. Then go to Settings → VisionScaper Marketing and use Save & send me a test email.
If something goes wrong
- “The email service isn’t connected yet.” means a key is missing.
- “Set a sender email address first” means the Marketing page has no Send from address.
- “Email not sent:” followed by a message comes from the provider. Read it, fix it at the provider, try again.
Steps to save and confirm
- Fill in only the boxes you need. Secret boxes always show empty after saving.
- Scroll to the bottom and press Save.
- A green notice that says “Saved.” appears at the top. That is the only confirmation the page gives.
- Boxes for keys show “saved – leave blank to keep” in grey once a value is stored.
Note: a blank key box means “keep what is saved”. You cannot erase a saved key by emptying the box (not verified in code that any other way exists). To replace a key, type the new one.
